The region Wilder Kaiser with its perfectly prepared toboggan runs is very well-known among toboggan enthusiasts. 5 runs with a combined total of 14 km of toboggan runs guarantee you a fantastic ride.
Whether on forest paths like the Graspoint Niederalm in Going or the Tannbichl, or a faster run down the 4,5 km long Astberg, with one descent each towards Ellmau and Going, dedicated tobogganers can enjoy steep turns.
During the 3 km long rapid "Hexenritt" (witch ride) down the toboggan ride in Söll you are definitely in for a surprise and the 4 km long and 8 metres wide moonlight toboggan ride in Söll with three adventure stops is just perfect for families.
The Astberg-run Ellmau-Going, the Hexenritt as well as the moonlight run Söll have all been awarded the seal of quality for natural toboggan runs (Gütesiegel für Naturrodelbahnen).
Romantic moonlight tobogganing without trudging up the slope: via the Astberg chairlift in Going you can comfortably reach the summit daily from December 26 to January 1st from 18:30 to 21:30 o'clock, starting from January 8 Wednesday to Saturday. All the mountain cabins are open during these hours.
